If you know me, then you’ll know that I do not exist in a day without hummus in my tummy. I eat it like its air, it’s actually a joke – I seriously need to check myself. But to be fair, I only eat it so much because it’s so easy to make, and also because it’s so tasty and also because I LOVE CARROTS… and it would be rude to eat carrots without hummus so, by eating this much hummus i’m just being good to the carrots and cucumbers and avo’s and all the other veg out there that like hummus just as much as I do… being kind is a full time job ya know
WHAT YOU NEED TO FUEL YOUR HUMMUS ADDICTION:
- 250g cooked chickpeas
- 1 heaped teaspoon of tahini
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic (totally depending on your love for garlic, if youre not a fan – add a little less)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper as your heart desires.

HOW DO I MAKE SUCH DELICIOUSNESS?
1. It’s so easy it’s frightening, one of the reasons I eat it so much. Basically, put it in a blender and blend until smooth and delicious. Yip, that’s it. Welcome to the addiction.
2. Eat it with EVERYTHING! Carrots, cucumbers, peppers, crackers, avo, pizza. EVERYTHING I MEAN EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!
